Estate Planning

A well-crafted estate plan needs to do more than protect your assets and avoid taxes, it should reflect your desires, protect your family and address your unique situation.  Our clients contact us for the two most important things in their lives:

  1. Everyone they love
  2. Everything they own

They share their hopes, dreams, values, goals, and concerns with us.  We listen and help them to understand their options.  We develop personalized plans that reflect their unique circumstances.  Our plans promote family harmony, protect their loved ones and provide a lasting legacy for generations.

The first step is to download and complete our Estate Planning Questionnaire.  When you make an appointment, we will ask you to send it to us.  This allows us to be prepared for our first meeting.  We will explain what happens to your loved ones and property without further planning.  You will be able to determine if there is anything you don’t like and want to change.

Estate Planning is an investment.  Planning is substantially less expensive than the emotional and financial cost if you die and your estate plan doesn’t work; or worse, the emotional and financial cost if you don’t have one at all.
